Julia Jackson is the youngest daughter of Jess Jackson, the founder of Jackson Family wines. Julia has fond memory at a young age of picking and sorting grapes. Julia was brought up in the wine industry. Her family was into wine before she was born. Today, she holds the position of the spokesperson of Cambria Estates. Her position is seen as being representative of the next generation of wine lovers.
Julia was born in 1988 in San Francisco, CA. Her father used to make his kids pick and sort grapes in the hot summer weather. She says that he did this in an effort to teach his kids the importance of hard work. She never forgot those lessons.

Most millennials today are disloyal to brands. They tend to be swayed by trends when picking their wine. When Julia was asked about this behavior, she said Jackson Family wines would stick to proven methods that helped her father succeed. Inspired by her mother, Julia founded Cambria Seeds of Empowerment in 2014. This program is designed to recognize the efforts of “Warrior Women.” The program awards $100,000 every year in grants to nonprofits that share the vision of the program. Julia Jackson feels there are not enough role models for young girls who wish to succeed. Thus, her program is intended to celebrate and recognize women who have overcome hardships to succeed.
Julia says her family’s business epitomizes the ideals of Cambria Seeds of Empowerment. In the male-dominated wine business, women have to act other than themselves to succeed. However, their family business has been able to thrive while staying true.
As society changes, so do dating. Some people are able to adapt into the way dating is done.
