Robert Deignan is a graduate of Purdue University, which he attended from 1992 until 1995, garnering a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership. Today, Mr. Deignan is the Chief Executive Officer of ATS Digital Services – a digital support company which he co-founded in 2011. ATS Digital Services, which helps its subscribers manage a wide variety of troubleshooting issues, remotely, was an idea that Robert Deignan developed during his time working with another Anti-Malware software company in 2009. At the time, a number of subscribers to the company were having issues installing the software onto their systems, leading Robert Deignan and his team to discover that their software was actually being blocked by the Malware they were attempting to block. Eventually, the company began utilizing remote techniques that allowed their tech-support team to address the issues without having to go to the physical location of the affected system. This new strategy proved to be immensely successful for the Anti-Malware company and their subscribers, but also allowed them to charge a fee for the service. By 2011, Robert Deignan and his partners had moved on, but decided that this budding system of remote tech support, would present a very lucrative business opportunity.
Robert Deignan’s day usually begins around 5 am, where he heads to the gym in order to implement a routine cardio and weight training, before arriving at the office at 8 o’clock. After completing the necessary work at his desk, his day is rife with meetings – many of which are spent strategizing with business associates and attorneys. Despite the number of hours spent at the office, many of Robert Deignan’s most successful ideas are initiated during times in which he is away, most notably, in his backyard, or during vacations to Colorado and Costa Rica. Once these ideas are created, he often relies on his expert team to help him flesh them out, as well as bring them to fruition. In making decisions regarding many of his most fruitful endeavors, Robert Deignan has often relied on “gut feelings,” and as he furthers in his career, he appreciates this trait increasingly.
