Luiz Carlos Trabuco expressed his gratitude to everyone whom he worked with back at Bradesco Bank, and he wishes the company more success now that it will be headed by a young visionary who wanted to take the company to a higher level. His colleagues back at Bradesco Bank wished him success to his future endeavors, and they thanked him for the reforms that he introduced to the company.

Luiz Carlos Trabuco started working with Bradesco Bank as clerk when he was only a teenager, at 17 years old. He used his salary to pay his tuition fee at school, and through hard work, he managed to graduate while being an employee at the same time. When he finished his studies at University of Sao Paolo, he decided to focus on how he could be noticed by his supervisors so that he could be promoted and he could establish a career in the banking industry. After 15 years of working with Bradesco Bank, he was finally promoted to a higher position, and he was tasked to oversee the relationship that the company has with the members of the press. He was able to show his superiors that he could easily do the job of a marketing director, and he was later on promoted to a higher position – now as the chief executive officer of one of Bradesco Bank’s subsidiaries. The highest position that was entrusted to him was to become the executive vice president of the company, and he showed his superiors that he could do the tasks assigned to him.

His great background in the company gave him an edge over the other candidates when Bradesco Bank was looking for the next company president in 2009 according to The board of directors unanimously chose him after they examined the resumes of those who applied for the position. After he was named to become the next president of the company, he introduced reforms that would benefit the workers at Bradesco Bank. He also initiated programs that would increase the productivity of the executives and department heads. One of his main focus was how they could beat their closest rival in the industry – Itau Unibanco – and how they could acquire more investors. One of the few solutions that he did was to acquire more financial institutions, and one of their latest acquisitions was with HSBC Brazil. Luiz Carlos Trabuco had to haggle with the executives back at the headquarters of HSBC Brazil. The executives agreed to one of the contracts that he presented which would ensure them of their positions, and the transaction went through in 2015. It was one of the most successful transactions in the history of Bradesco Bank, and it resulted to the sudden rise of the company’s value.
