Samuel Strauch is an American businessman, real estate mogul, and entrepreneur. Initially beginning his career with his family real estate business, he branched out in 2002 to launch his real estate company. Mr. Strauch dabbled in document organization at a large corporation, but it wasn’t a good fit for his personality. The idea for this business came when he noticed a wave of housing developments, and the city started to transform from a simple vacation town to a full-fledged city on the beach.
Mr. Samuel Strauch knew with the right marketing and housing available; he could pull international clients and lenders into his business. He firmly believes in networking and is always meeting new people along with strengthening existing relationships. The company is very open minded, and if an idea has potential, they run with it immediately. Samuel Strauch lives by three things: Everyone makes mistakes, but you should look at them as an opportunity to grow. Mr. Strauch talks about one incident years ago where he let an employee slide by and ended up bringing in a whole new team to fix the employees mistakes. He took that as a learning opportunity and has thrived from it.

Early Life and Beginning Career
Samuel Strauch grew up and attended Hofstra University in New York. While he was there, he obtained his undergraduate degree. He went on to attend Harvard University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Executive Education in Real Estate & Capital Markets. Mr. Strauch also received a Bachelor of Arts in the field of International Finance at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He started his career in banking but moved onto the family business of real estate. He founded his real estate company, Metrik Real Estate, and it has been thriving since it opened its doors. Mr. Strauch has several other interests he endorses including the internet and restaurant business. Mr. Strauch is also an art and photography enthusiast.
